Samsic announces majority stake in Quatre Épingles

The Samsic Group has acquired a majority stake in the Quatre Epingles company, a start-up specializing in 3.0 Concierge Services.

Quatre Épingles offers companies comprehensive concierge services via a digital platform (applications, instant messaging-based personal assistant, etc.) combined with a physical network (service distribution points called “local Qorners”, connected drop-off points, and self-service or staffed boutiques).

Quatre Épingles offers its users a range of solutions, including delivery services (dry cleaning, groceries), practical services (car wash, smartphone repair), leisure and wellbeing (yoga, hair stylists) and home services (babysitting and household repairs).

The Samsic Group has chosen to support the development of Quatre Épingles by acquiring a majority stake in the company, thereby enabling the start-up to broaden its visibility and increase its client portfolio.

Why Quatre Epingles?

There are several reasons why we chose Quatre Épingles. The first is their business DNA: they are “digital natives,” in much the same way as we are “services natives.” The concierge service is essentially a gateway, offering a wide range of fully-integrated services between workplaces and their users.

We were looking for a fully-mobile digital platform that would be interoperable with our physical services.
